Sold in 1997 and 1998, the 993-generation Porsche 911 Turbo S is the ultimate and most exclusive of the air-cooled 911 Turbos. Hand-assembled by Porsche Exclusive, it features a 3.6-liter twin-turbo flat-six engine tuned to produce 450 hp and 585 Nm of torque—up from the 408 hp of the standard 993 Turbo.
It is instantly distinguished by its larger KKK K24 turbochargers, additional side air intakes, unique rear spoiler, yellow brake calipers, and quad exhaust outlets. With only 345 units produced according to specialist Porsche sources, it represents a pinnacle of the 993 lineage and a major piece of Porsche history.

This feat, certified by SGS-TÜV Saar, established it as the fastest open-top production car in the world.
Its black carbon livery, highlighted by orange accents, echoes the Veyron 16.4 Super Sport World Record Edition and visually distinguishes the record-breaking car.
