The Aston Martin Valkyrie made history at Le Mans in 2025, roaring its 6.5-litre naturally aspirated V12 engine, a sound unique in the Hypercar category. Enttered by the Thor Team, the No. 007 finished in a respectable 14th place overall in its first appearance at the Le Mans classic. Driven by the British trio of Tincknell, Gamble and Gunn, it proved its reliability and the relevance of its extreme aerodynamic design, the brainchild of Adrian Newey.
