Commande passée car j\'allais rencontrer un des pilotes pour lui faire signer, commande expédiée 2 jours trop tard.
J\'ai envoyé un mail pour annuler, aucune réponse.
Déception car évidement le colis est arrivé trop tard... Mauvaise expérience pour cette fois.

Nous sommes désolés pour cet incident. Nous avons fait tout notre possible de notre côté.
Votre commande a été passée le 23 novembre 2025, expédiée le 24 novembre 2025 et livrée le 27 novembre 2025.
Votre message du 25 novembre demandant l'annulation de la commande est arrivé trop tard : le colis était déjà en transit et nous ne pouvions plus rien faire, comme nous vous l'avons expliqué par e-mail le jour même.
