je peux renvoyer le t shirt qui ne taille pas bien mais je dois payer pour le renvoyer. donc payer a l\'aller puis au retour puis pour l\'echange de t shirt..;c\'est inaccpetable

Nous sommes désolés que la taille de votre T-shirt ne vous convienne pas et comprenons votre déception. Nous souhaitons toutefois apporter une précision importante concernant notre service après-vente : vous ne devez pas payer deux expéditions pour effectuer votre échange.
Comme indiqué sur notre site, les tailles proposées correspondent au standard européen Puma. Le produit reçu étant conforme à la taille commandée, les frais de retour restent à la charge du client lorsqu'il souhaite changer de taille. En revanche, RS Selection prend à sa charge les frais de réexpédition du T-shirt dans la nouvelle taille.
Nous essayons de proposer ces produits au meilleur prix possible, avec une politique tarifaire particulièrement compétitive. Dans ce contexte, nous ne pouvons malheureusement pas prendre également à notre charge le transport retour lorsqu'un article conforme ne convient pas en taille.
Nous regrettons sincèrement que la coupe de ce modèle ne vous convienne pas en taille S. Les différences de coupe ou de ressenti peuvent effectivement exister d'un modèle à l'autre, même pour une taille standard. Notre service client reste bien entendu disponible pour vous accompagner dans le choix de la taille de remplacement.
