Born in Belgium within a stone’s throw of the Francorchamps Racetrack, Benoît Deliège was raised in the fascinating surroundings of the car racing world. At the age of 5, he attended his first Grand Prix at the legendary track of the Ardennes.

Captivated by the art of drawing at a very young age, he studied Graphic Arts at the Saint-Luc Institute in Liège. In 1994, the Motor Union discovered his talents for painting. He signs the Liège-Rome-Liège advertising. A passion is born !

Soon after more ads and orders followed and his growing success allowed him to publish his first limited edition copies. Even though Benoît Deliège devotes himself to his art out of sheer pleasure, he also honors orders from private parties, among which we find some very prestigious names.He signed many painting for the famous Henri Pescarolo, Jurgen Barth and also the Ferrari Owner’s Club of Belgium and Luxembourg.

Numerous famous drivers have already signed his limited editions, thus testifying to the outstanding quality of his artistic work and granting it high collector value. Among those pilots are such famous names as Jacky Ickx, Stirling Moss, Mario Andretti, Jochen Mass, Henri Pescarolo, Derek Bell, Paul Frère and Eric van de Poele.

Pleasantly mixing realism with graphic interpretation, Benoît illustrates the thrill of car racing, bringing to life its dangerous and even tragic sides. Breathtaking images describe his paintings and drawings.

The artist stirs up the motor sport lovers by gently mixing emotion and technical rigor. Benoît Deliège can be counted among the foremost artists in the unique and spectacular field of automotive art.
