Beaucoup de références. Quand on est passionné, on y trouve tout. Prix un peu cher pour le port malheureusement. Bloquant pour certains achats.

Nous avons eu quelques remarques similaires à la vôtre concernant les frais de port. Malgré une hausse généralisée des tarifs des transporteurs depuis 2 ans expliquée par les hausses des prix de l'énergie, des prix des véhicules et des salaires, nous sommes parvenus à négocier une baisse des coûts grâce au développement de notre site. Nous intégrons actuellement les modifications dans notre système informatique. Dans quelques jours, une amélioration tarifaire ainsi que la mise en place de l'option de livraison en "relais colis" vous permettront de constater une baisse 30% à 50% des frais de livraison.

I find the shop very efficient and generally great value. I only wish I could avoid some additional customs charges (MwsT is saved but handling fees make the cost more expensive save in the end).

We respect all the rules and laws regarding VAT & Taxes regulation.
The extra customs taxes depend on your country administration and there's nothing we can do about it.
You already save 20% VAT - that's a lot considering our competitive prices.

Comme vous l'avez constaté, les produits sont neufs dans leur boite originale neuve également.
La miniature n'a pas été utilisée. Notre équipe ne dispose pas assez de temps pour faire des courses dans les bureaux :-)
Concernant le film, il arrive que nous recevions des produits sans. C'est assez rare toutefois.
