Regarding your general review, we note that you are not satisfied but we do not understand your comment.
If you are disappointed by the delivery delay, you must take in consideration the fact that a risk of longer delays may always happen during the Christmas period because of the huge amount of orders we received, and because of the transporters that are not able to face the enormous shipping volumes.

Nous vous remercions pour votre fidélité et vos commentaires enthousiastes concernant les produits que vous avez acheté. Nous sommes ravis qu'ils vous donnent entière satisfaction.
Nous ne réalisons aucun profit sur les frais de port. De nombreux "spécialistes web" nous proposent de monter tous nos prix de 3% et d'offrir le port en contrepartie. Nous refusons cette politique visant à "tromper" nos clients et préférons rester transparents avec vous.
Depuis quelques mois, les transporteurs ont augmenté leurs tarifs de près de 20%. L'augmentation des salaires, des prix du carburant et des charges de fonctionnement ont impacté les tarifs.
Les prix des produits que nous proposons toujours très bien placés et moins chers que chez nos concurrents. Cela devrait compenser largement le petit écart éventuel sur le port.
Mais surtout, n'oubliez pas que NOUS OFFRONS LE PORT à partir de 150 euros d'achat. Il vous aurait suffi de commander une petite majorette ou un autocollant pour dépasser ce montant...

We didn't increase any price so your comment is not true.
You have maybe seen some new Porsche products. The price for the new products is a bit higher than for the old collection, but you do know that it's not our fact ant that inflation is global. Generally speaking, we face lower price increase than other sectors (like energy or food), and we really do our best to negociate good conditions.
If you receive our newsletters, you'll find thousend articles with discounted prices. We're sure that you'll like them and find some good deals in our very large catalogue.

Bonjour, Je suis de la Réunion et il m'est impossible d effectuer un paiement 3 fois CB avec cofidis. C'est dommage. J'arrive à le faire avec oney par exemple sur d'autre site en ligne.
