Marianne Fürstin zu Sayn-Wittgenstein-Sayn was born in Salzburg in 1919. "Manni", as she is affectionately known in celebrity circles, is a great-great-great-granddaughter of the Austrian empress Maria Theresa. The photographer has photographed international celebrities as a social expert for almost 50 years. These included Hollywood greats such as Steve Martin, Dennis Hopper and Arnold Schwarzenegger as well as star conductors Leonard Bernstein and James Levine, heads of state, ministers and business bosses such as Henry Ford or cigar legend Zino Davidoff.
