Usage tips

Always test any products first on a hidden area in case they affect the colour.

Clean the leather thoroughly before coloring or applying any care. Use the mild cleaner for normal soiling or the powerful cleaner for heavy soiling and stains. This prevents staining and care from fixing dirt on the leather. The leather cleaning brush makes work easier in the event of heavy soiling.

The leather cleaner is delivered in a practical foam bottle. Foams clean more effectively than liquid cleaners, their consumption is considerably lower and the leather is not too wet (to prevent it from hardening as it dries).

Apply the cleaning foam to a sponge - never apply directly to the leather - clean the leather from one seam to the next and possibly repeat the operation several times. Then wipe off the residue from the product with a soft, damp cloth and allow it to dry.

For surface care, use the protective lotion. Thanks to its antioxidants, the lotion slows down the degradation of leather and its anti-UV filter system protects old leathers from aging. In addition, the lotion restores suppleness to the leather.

The protective lotion must be applied when the leather is completely dry, 24 hours after cleaning the leather or coloring. Put a little protective lotion on a soft cloth, apply the product to the leather and allow to dry without polishing. A single application is sufficient. Repeat the operation 4 times a year on highly stressed surfaces (intensive use, exposure to the sun or near the heating).

The cleaner and maintenance are to be used on the entire surface.

If the leather is extremely worn or dirty or the area to be cared for is very large, more products may be needed. However, this is not the general rule.
