Each order is carefully packed to be as compact as possible, thereby minimizing parcel size and reducing the carbon footprint to the minimum (more compact parcels save on packing materials)

We are glad to hear that you are satisfied with the products you bought.
We are also sorry to hear that you find the shipping slow. You placed your order on the 16/10 and we shipped it on the 18/10. The parcel was shipped as quickly as possible and delivery to Germany usually takes in between 48 and 72h, you therefore received your order on the 21/10. Unfortunately, transport delays can sometimes occur independently of us.
