The Cadillac V-Series.R is an LMDh-class Hypercar prototype that made its racing debut in 2023. It combines a naturally aspirated 5.5-liter Cadillac V8 engine with a standardized hybrid system, producing approximately 670 hp depending on Balance of Performance regulations. Its Dallara chassis, refined aerodynamics, and regulated weight of around 1,030 kg are designed for major endurance events in the FIA WEC and IMSA series.
At the 2026 24 Hours of Le Mans, the No. 12 Cadillac Hertz Team JOTA entry—driven by Will Stevens, Norman Nato, and Louis Delétraz—finished 4th. After contending for the win for much of the race, the car lost time due to a drive-through penalty for speeding in a "slow zone" and subsequently struggled with rising temperatures in the closing stages. It crossed the finish line 32 seconds behind the winning Toyota.
