The Porsche 911 Carrera 4 Type 992 Belgian Legend Edition 2020 is an ultra-limited series, with only 75 models produced, one for each year since the birth of legendary driver Jacky Ickx. Nicknamed ‘Monsieur Le Mans’ with six victories in the 24 Hours and eight in Formula 1, he was also an intrepid explorer, winning the Dakar Rally in 1983. This unique versatility, combining the elegance of the racetrack with the audacity of the desert, forged his iconic status.
Limited to just 75 units, it stands out with its unique X Blue colour, inspired by the deep blue of his famous helmet. Its aesthetics are punctuated with personal details: X-shaped stitching, Jacky Ickx's signature on the key, the console and even an exterior badge with the Belgian flag.
A distinctive feature of his own model, as well as that of his daughter Vanina Ickx, is the white rear-view mirrors, a discreet reminder of his helmet and style. Jacky Ickx's car also has a special number plate, an exclusive nod to this extraordinary edition. A true tribute to elegance and performance, this 992 symbolises the unique bond between Porsche and a living legend. Vanina has built her own career in motorsport, carrying on her father's legacy by also competing in the 24 Hours of Le Mans and rally raids.
Each model embodies a piece of motorsport history and a vibrant tribute to one of the greatest drivers in Porsche and Le Mans history.
