At the end of 1967, the 911 2.0l L "LUXURY" replaced the basic 911. The 130 hp engine has Weber carburetors, front and rear ventilated discs and a 5 speed gearbox. This model is less well known than the T, E or S. It only remained in the range for one year. Its characteristic features were a richer and more comfortable interior. The four-spoke steering wheel as well as adjustable seats were introduced. Door panels were fitted with pockets and a grab handle, a vanity mirror was inserted in the sun visor and the windscreen wiper was upgraded to 3 speeds. On the outside, no changes except for the monogram "L" on the back.
