A powerful pepper with a fresh tang
This white pepper is quite literally the heart of the peppercorn. Peppercorns are picked when cherry red and fully ripe, then soaked in fresh water before their outer pulp is painstakingly removed. The result is white pepperthat delivers a floral freshness and notes of menthol.
For white meat, poultry, white fish and vegetables, especially pumpkin, asparagus, green beans and leafy salads. This white pepper also works well in desserts with oranges or pears.
