About the artist :
Benoît Deliège is a Belgian painter and publisher specializing in automotive illustration, whose work captures the fleeting moment of the race to reveal its full emotion. Nurtured from childhood by the atmosphere of the Spa-Francorchamps circuit, he strives to recount, through images, fragments of life and track life where speed, ambiance, and memory intertwine. His work, poised between realism and graphic interpretation, captures automobiles in action as scenes steeped in history, which he renders with a keen sense of atmosphere and detail. For Benoît Deliège, drawing and painting are above all about prolonging the dream: bringing back to life on canvas those glorious eras he did not experience, but to which he remains deeply attached.
