Introduced in 1985, the Ferrari 328 GTB was the direct evolution of the 308 GTB and marked the final link in the lineage of "classic" Ferraris featuring a transverse, naturally aspirated V8 engine, prior to the arrival of the 348 and 355 models. It is powered by a 3,185 cc 90° V8 (type F105 CB)—retaining the 32-valve configuration and Bosch K-Jetronic fuel injection—but upgraded with Marelli MED 806 A electronic ignition; power output was raised to 270 hp at 7,000 rpm, with approximately 305 Nm of torque at 5,500 rpm.
The 328 GTB retains the transverse mid-engine/rear-wheel-drive layout and 5-speed manual gearbox, housed in a bodywork design slightly refined compared to the 308 (featuring integrated bumpers and modernized details) and weighing around 1,260 kg. Performance figures include a top speed of approximately 260–263 km/h and a 0–100 km/h time of around 6.4 seconds, making it a high-performance sports GT for its era.

This 1:18 scale red Ferrari 328 GTB model by KK Scale captures the coupé silhouette—characterized by a low hood and "flying buttress" rear pillars—along with a front end that is slightly modernized compared to the 308 (featuring less prominent bumpers and revised air intakes). The uniformly applied bright red paint highlights the sculpted front fenders, the clean lines of the flanks, and the signature rear styling, complete with a rear grille and twin exhaust outlets. This static resin model—featuring no opening parts—accurately reproduces the glazing, light clusters, period-correct 16-inch wheels, and Ferrari badges on the hood and rear. Through the windows, one can make out an interior faithful to the 328 GTB: an angled dashboard, sports seats, a three-spoke steering wheel, and a full instrument cluster, giving the miniature the elegant, timeless presence of this 1980s Italian GT.
