I had been looking for a specific product everywhere since it wasn’t available for delivery to my country anymore on the official McLaren website. But Selection RS came to my rescue! The webshop is easy to navigate. The ordering process went smooth as well; got an order confirmation right away and confirmation when my order was shipped. It arrived super fast! And neatly packaged. They even added some tiny chocolates to my package, how sweet is that! Super happy with Selection RS’s service. Would definitely recommend shopping with them. :)

Die Lieferung der Bestellung erfolgt auch schnell, kann man sich nicht beklagen.
Il n\'y a pas que les miniatures mais également les vêtements! Jamais déçu et une petite attention à chaque réception de colis!
This is my second order with RS. The first order was a 48 hour service with TNT, which I received without any issue. The second was not so good, I (again) paid for a 48 hour delivery service but not with TNT this time. This parcel service took a whole week to arrive, so not very happy with having to pay for a 48 hour service, which actually took 168 hours to arrive. That said, the courier service has no reflection on RS who I still hold in very high regard for their stock and customer service. (3rd time lucky for prompt deliveries I hope?) Just won\'t be using a week-long delivery service that charges you for a 48 hour service you don\'t get!

First of all, we are happy that you're satisfied with your purchases and that you appreciate our selection and service.
Regarding the delivery delay, please note that 48h is the usual delivery delay for France.
For UK, it's more 2 to 3 days, as you can read in the shipping information from the website.
Since UK is not in EU anymore, we noticed that 1 more day is often "lost" because of the custom issues.
Then, even if we believe that your experience is much too slow, a 4 days delivery will probably not become rare...
