Il est surprenant de demander une évaluation sur votre boutique alors que vous êtes incapable de répondre à deux mails... L\'un vous vous informant d\'un tarif excessif sur les fauteuils et l\'autre vous annonçant la bonne livraison du colis... Répondre à un mail mais pas forcément une surcharge de travail... dommage.... 5 étoiles quand même pour l\'emballage de l\'objet et la rapidité d\'expédition....

Nous vous remercions vivement pour votre avis enthousiaste et vos notes de 10/10 concernant les produits, l'emballage, la qualité et le service.
Nous sommes heureux d'avoir pu vous satisfaire.
Nous répondons systématiquement à tous les messages et en général sous 24 heures, même durant la période actuelle.
Il semble donc y a voir un problème. Nous recherchons sans tarder vos messages restés sans réponses et vous répondrons par email.
Concernant les frais de port, nous avons réduit nos tarifs il y a quelques semaines grâce à d'âpres négociations avec les transporteurs et nous recevons des messages de satisfaction chaque jour. Vous estimez cependant que c'est trop cher. Avez-vous des liens avec des transporteurs qui sauraient expédier qualitativement sur palette des produits de cette dimension, chez des particuliers, pour un tarif inférieur ?
Avez-vous des exemples à nous donner ? Nous serions heureux de faire encore mieux !
